Duties included but not limited to:

• Maintain, track and update credentials files in an organized and retrievable manner, including the accurate and timely filing of all credentials documents and verification and other forms and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory commission when working with healthcare provider’s records. Responsible for the accuracy of scanning and uploading healthcare provider’s credentials into client’s software.
• Contacting onboarding and active healthcare staff via phone, sms and email to obtain copies of required credentials (licenses, certifications, health documents and employment documents) prior to initial assignment or prior to expiration.
• Run various online verification of credentials and prepare forms as needed.
• Perform monthly random audit of personnel files.
• Maintain constant communication and provide excellent customer service to client and clinicians/healthcare staff.
• Assist in updating/cleaning up data in client’s software
• Assist in recruiting/sourcing day to day activities
• Conduct and participate in regular conference calls with and between client staff and or leadership and Grace and Goss Healthcare Services staff to maintain open line communication about questions, concerns and recommending best practices.
• Prepare reports as needed.
