RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for a wide variety of general duties in support of the HR Operational functions
  • Assist in administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the company
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Assist to administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Duties include: using word processing to compose complex and/or confidential correspondence; 
  • Assist with various events, Organizing special functions and social events, CEO Visits and other Holiday Season activities.
  • And other related and relevant task when the need arises.

STAFF RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

  • Source and recruit applicants for open staff and agent positions, targeting and recruiting top notch professionals.
  • Initiate process to advertise open positions
  • Coordinate job fair / career fair related activities which may include reserving space, requesting materials etc.
  • Identify quality candidates and schedule initial interviews adhering to company processes and procedures
  • Conduct initial interview and recommend candidates for final interviews with the designated final interviewer / Hiring Manager.
  • Maintain continuous contact with hiring managers informing them of the progress of identifying qualified candidates.
  • Assist management in the development of cultural and process perspective organizational development. Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives.

EMPLOYEE / LABOR RELATIONS

  • Update employee records, applicant information, performance evaluation information
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and benefits (both statutory and company) and resolve employees’ issues and problems
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in DOLE cases handling
  • HR Documentation and process administration
